Passive Fire Protection for Facade Joints and Expansion Gaps

Facade joints, expansion gaps and facade-curtain wall junction points are critical weak points through which fire can spread between floors. Elastomeric fire-stopping spray and mastic solutions used in these areas contribute to maintaining building safety by preventing the passage of flames, hot gases and smoke during a fire.
