SC804 is a water-based, white, thin film intumescent coating developed to preserve the structural stability of steel structures in the event of fire. It is environmentally friendly with low VOC content. Provides up to 120 minutes of fire insulation with low film thickness. Offers a decorative surface, product tracking can be performed with the Optifire system. Provides up to 3 months outdoor resistance before topcoat application. Ultra-low VOC. Competitive coating thicknesses. Compatible with a wide range of Carboline primers and topcoats.
