Flamebar BW11

Flamebar BW11 has been designed and developed as a lightweight, extremely durable, fire-resistant duct coating system. Flamebar BW11 is a specially formulated, water-based coating sprayed onto a metal duct system. It provides up to 4 hours of fire resistance in accordance with international standards with only 0.7mm thickness under cellulosic fire conditions. Among its application areas are:

Flamebar BW11 is an innovative fire protection system that takes design and manufacturing freedom to the highest level. It can be applied to all duct types that can be manufactured, whether rectangular, flat oval or circular — in short, if it can be manufactured, it can be coated.

The system offers two different coating options that can be applied both by spray and by brush. Its brush-applicable formulation has been developed specifically to make repair and touch-up work on site quick and practical.

Flamebar BW11 is also one of the lightest certified systems on the market. Thanks to its low weight, transport, installation and site applications are carried out much more easily and efficiently.
